Unstuckd connects small businesses with experienced marketing professionals for 60-minute consultations. We provide a platform for booking, payment, and conducting these consultations. We are not responsible for the content of the consultations or any advice given by the experts.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information when creating an account.
Using the Service in a lawful and respectful manner.
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Expert Consultations

Experts are independent contractors, not employees of Unstuckd.
We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of the advice given by experts.
You are responsible for choosing an expert who meets your needs.
Consultations are conducted via video call and last for 60 minutes.
You may reschedule a consultation or request a refund according to our cancellation policy.

5. Payments

Payment for consultations is processed securely through Stripe or Paypal.
You agree to pay the fees for any consultations you book.
We are not responsible for any disputes between you and an expert regarding payment, but we will facilitate arbitration.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Saadrey Creation be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
